Calvin Harris is ‘one of the good guys’

Calvin Harris is "one of the good guys", according to Capital FM radio presenter Dave Berry.
The Scottish EDM star split up from ‘Bad Blood’ hitmaker Taylor Swift earlier this year before she started dating the ‘Night Manager’ actor Tom Hiddleston, who is now also her ex.
Despite his global fame and superstar former girlfriend, Calvin has been credited as a being a kind and genuine celebrity who has endured a heartbreak in the same way as everyone else.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz about the ‘My Way’ hitmaker, Dave said: "He’s a grown man, he’s one of the most famous celebrities in the world and was in one of the most famous celebrity couples on planet earth and that hasn’t worked out and its always when you break up with someone anyway the person they’re cited with happens to be the next James Bond, it could be difficult for anyone … while he does possibly lack a bit of razzle and dazzle, can we call it that? He is one of the good guys and I wish him well in the future."
And the long-standing breakfast show host – who joined the show in 2007 – has hinted the 32-year-old music producer is a harsh task master, and shook his head "disapprovingly" after listening to Dave’s remix of his Snapchat videos, despite pleading with Calvin to like his medley.
He explained: "It’s not hard to say we’ll throw anyone under the bus. I think whilst I think he’s a really super talented, the moment you look into Calvin Harris face over the remixes you’ve done, and he shakes his head from side to side disapprovingly while I was looking at him with puppy dog eyes, please like it."
Tune in to Capital London Breakfast with Dave Berry, George Shelley & Lilah Parsons week days 6am-10am and Saturdays 6am-9am.
