Caitlyn Jenner joins Loose Women as guest panellist

Caitlyn Jenner is joining ‘Loose Women’ as a guest panellist.
The ‘I Am Cait’ star – who will appear with her partner Sophia Hutchins – will officially be part of the panel with the presenters for the ITV daytime show on Thursday (20.09.18) to join in the daily debates and give her own opinions on the topical news of the day.
Reacting to the announcement, she said: "I am so excited to be back on ‘Loose Women’ and to be back in the UK! Sophia and I can’t wait to update everyone about the amazing work we are doing at the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation."
The LGBT icon appeared as a guest on the show in May last year, and the team is delighted to be having her return in a bigger role.
The programme’s editor sally Shelford added: "Caitlyn Jenner is an inspiration to so many around the world and we can’t wait to welcome her back on the show – and this time as a guest panellist. We’re so excited to hear what’s been going on in her life and get her take on the hottest topics of the day."
Her upcoming appearance comes after panellist Linda Robson revealed Caitlyn was offered a job after she impressed so much with her first chat.
She said at the time: "We spoke to Caitlyn Jenner, we did an interview with her for ‘Loose Women’.
"We offered her a ‘Loose Women’ job, we’d be more than happy to have her back any time and we gave her a ‘Loose Women’ mug.
"We told her we’re a bit like ‘The View’ because I don’t think she had any idea what ‘Loose Women’ was all about, only that we talk more than they do on ‘The View’ and we’re allowed to talk about anything really."
