Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s wax models have been separated at Madame Tussauds London following the news of their divorce.
The attraction in the UK capital made the decision to split up the couple of 11 years after hearing about the break-up which stunned the world on Tuesday (21.09.16).
‘Twilight’ hunk Robert Pattinson has been placed between them to split the statues up.
A photo of the separated models was uploaded to the official Madame Tussauds Twitter account, along with the caption: "Following the news that has shocked celebrity watchers worldwide, we can confirm we have separated Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s figures."
Angelina, 41, filed divorce papers in a Los Angeles court on Monday (19.09.16) with the documentation revealing the date of separation as September 15, 2016, and that she is seeking primary physical custody of their six children – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Brad, 52, released a statement shortly after the news broke admitting he is "very saddened" by the end of his relationship.
It read: "I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the wellbeing of our kids. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time."
