Bobby Norris signs up for Celebs Go Dating

Bobby Norris will be the first ever gay contestant on ‘Celebs Go Dating’.
The 30-year-old reality star – who is a series regular on ‘The Only Way is Essex’ – made a brief appearance in the last series and urged bosses of the E4 show to give him a permanent place.
There could be love on the horizon for Bobby, as fans have already said they’d like to see the dark-haired hunk get with the programme’s flamboyant receptionist Tom Wilson.
A source told The Sun Online: "Bobby is a perfect fit for the show.
"He’s truly looking for love and the dating experts are hoping they can put a smile on his face by finding him the right man.
"Fans were keen to see if a relationship could blossom between Bobby and receptionist Tom Wilson – so he already has more than one option lined up."
In September last year, the reality TV star said he is desperate to the find a new man.
He told BANG Showbiz: "How is my love life? Hmm I’m single but I’m open to meeting someone, I’m not actively going out looking for someone because I feel when you look you don’t necessarily find so what with everything that’s been going on, that’s kept me busy but I wouldn’t mind. If Mr Right came along that would be lovely."
In ‘TOWIE’, Bobby confessed his love for best friend Charlie King which resulted in the two not speaking for years, but in the last series the two finally sat down and spoke about what went wrong.
Charlie, who came out as gay in 2014, said: "It was a nightmare but I’m pleased to have got rid of that burden."
‘Celebs Go Dating’ follows a group of celebrities who go on a number of dates with regular people and has featured former ‘TOWIE’ stars including Joey Essex and Ferne McCann, who both failed to find love.
The last series of the show had a fair few scandals including Joey being told off by the show bosses after getting with a fellow celebrity and ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Stephanie Pratt.
‘Shipwrecked’ star Stephen Bear also caused problems on the show and was kicked off after he revealed he was dating current girlfriend and ‘Geordie Shore’ star Charlotte Crosby.
