Blac Chyna ‘heartbroken’ over name feud

Blac Chyna was left "heartbroken" after the Kardashians tried to block her from trademarking Angela Renée Kardashian.
The 28-year-old model placed a request to trademark her full name – which will only officially feature the famous surname when she marries her fiancé Rob Kardashian – for use for her work on social media and in entertainment, and was left hurt when legal representatives for Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian submitted documents to block her trademark request.
A source told HollywoodLife.com: "Blac [Chyna] is really heartbroken over this whole name feud.
"She thinks it’s just sad that the Kardashian family can’t stop thinking for themselves and just accept her as one of them. Her and Rob [Kardashian] are practically married and she’s the mother of his child – why can’t they accept that?
"She thinks they are total fakes, pretending to welcome her into the family. It was all bulls**t."
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the Kardashian family will "suffer damage, including irreparable injury, to their reputation and goodwill" if Chyna – who shares newly born daughter Dream with her 29-year-old fiancé, as well as four-year-old King Cairo with former partner Tyga – has her request granted.
The documents read: "[They have] spent, and continue to invest, a substantial amount of time, resources and money in protecting, advertising and promoting the ‘Kardashian’ marks [and] the public has come to associate goods and services bearing the ‘Kardashian’ marks [with them]. She is deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity [of the Kardashians and it is] likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive consumers."
However, it could all be one big misunderstanding as a source recently claimed the sisters’ lawyers "automatically oppose" anyone who places a trademark request for their name.
The inside claimed: "Their trademark attorneys automatically oppose anyone trying to trademark ‘Kardashian’. I doubt the girls were even aware. Everyone loves each other. It’s just business."
