The new ‘Big Brother’ series is on the lookout for pairs.
Channel 5 have issued a casting announcement asking for anyone who fancies themselves as "TV’s next duo" to apply for the forthcoming series because show bosses are on the hunt for pairs with "strong opinions".
They said: "Do your loved ones always have the neighbours talking?
"Do you fancy yourselves as TV’s next duo?
"We’re on the lookout for outgoing pairs with strong opinions and stand out personalities from across the UK!
"You can apply with anyone you consider to be family – all welcome to apply!"
The series has featured pairs before but there has never been a full series of just duos.
It’s not clear whether contestants will be able to enter on their own as well.
This comes after it was revealed the new ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ series will have a ‘Gold Stars vs All Stars’ format in which returning housemates will live with celebs who are new to the infamous abode.
The latest star to be linked to the show is Bianca Gascoigne, the step-daughter of legendary England footballer Paul Gascoigne.
A source said: "Not only is Bianca great value on her own she’s also related to one of Britain’s most famous and talked-about football stars.
"Producers think Bianca will be a big hit with viewers.
"She’s a gorgeous girl who isn’t afraid of flashing the flesh. She’s also feisty and willing to speak her mind and stick up for herself. Bianca can be sweet, but she’s not a walkover."
Other stars linked with a return to the new series of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ include last year’s winner Stephen Bear and controversial model Angélique ‘Frenchy’ Morgan.
Outspoken model Jasmine Lennard and former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional James Jordan are also thought to be in talks with show bosses about returning to the house.
What’s more, reality TV couple Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag – who were runners-up of ‘CBB’ in 2013 to Rylan Clark – are said to have signed a big-money deal to return to the programme.
