Beyoncé has dropped a new album.
The ‘Run The World’ hitmaker unveiled a new LP, titled ‘Lemonade’, in an hour-long special on HBO, giving sneak previews of songs by sharing different emotions such as intuition, apathy and resurrection.
The show began with the singer sitting in front of a red curtain, where she sang: "You can taste the dishonestly, it’s on your breath … I tried to make a home out of you, but doors led to trapdoors. A stairway leads to nothing."
In the accompanying video, the mother-of-two was seen throwing herself off a building and landing in water.
For the emotion denial, Beyoncé smashed a window with a baseball bat as she shared: "What’s worse, looking jealous or crazy? Jealous or crazy? They don’t love you like I love you. Can’t you see there’s no other man above you? What a wicked way to treat the one who loves you."
And the 34-year-old singer’s mother Tina Knowles also made an appearance in the special, sharing a sweet kiss with her new husband Richard Lawson in a segment about happy couples.
Footage from the ‘If I Were A Boy’ hitmaker’s personal archive was also shared including her pregnant belly and her daughter Blue Ivy, four, playing football with Jay Z.
Lemonade is available to exclusively stream on TIDAL.
