Jay Z and Beyonce’s summer home is available to rent for $1 million a month.
The couple – who have four-year-old daughter Blue – once splashed out $400,000 to lease the Sandcastle mansion in Bridgehampton, New York.
And those looking to follow in the pair’s footsteps can do so, but they will have to fork out $1 million to rent the amazing 12-bedroom abode for the month of July, according to real estate site Corcoran.
As well as the fine array of sleeping quarters, the mammoth mansion also features 11.5 acres of land and 12 bathrooms, so there is no danger of ever being caught short.
Those who want to watch Beyonce’s visual ‘Lemonade’ album to their heart’s content can do just that in the property’s 10-seat theatre with interactive seats, and the professional chef’s kitchen is a perfect place to rustle up some popcorn to enjoy with the spectacle.
Sports fans interested in renting the property will be pleased to note there is a squash and racket ball court, two-lane bowling alley, skateboard half pipe, tennis court, rock climbing wall and virtual golf playing area.
What’s more, with that and a children’s entertainment area the house sounds like it would be ideal for potential suitors who have kids.
But those looking for more of a relaxing time in July might also be interested in the abode as there is a full spa facility, including a sauna, massage area, steam room and Jacuzzi, plus a pool complete with an electric cover and an underwater stereo to blast out some of Jay and Bey’s classic hits.
Inside the house is a relaxing space, too, with an elevator on the first level, plus a double living room complete with two fireplaces, which could be the perfect setting for a chilled July evening in.
