Ben Affleck follows Jennifer Garner’s lead when it comes to parenting.
The ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ star has nothing but support for his ex-wife and says the most important thing for the pair is keeping things positive for the sake of their three children – Violet, 10, Seraphina, seven and Samuel, four.
Speaking on CBS This Morning, he said: "Life doesn’t always turn out exactly the way you want. We’re doing our very best and we’re putting our kids first. That’s how we’re focusing on our day to day lives. And we don’t know what the future’s going to hold.
"Each step that we take is one where we prioritize our children and everything else comes second. She’s just so good at doing that and sets such a good example. And that’s a lead that I follow."
Meanwhile, the 43-year-old actor previously gushed about the ’13 Going On 30′ star’s superhero-like qualities.
He shared: "You know, I just marvel at my mother who did a great job of raising my brother and I. Parenting is hard work but it’s so rewarding and I certainly do my best.
"Jen is a superhero mom. She is an amazing mother and I’m really lucky to have her as a partner to co-parent these kids with. We try our best, we put them first and that’s what we do."
