Bella Hadid felt ‘so much stronger’ during 2017 VS Fashion Show

Bella Hadid felt "so much stronger" during this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The 21-year-old model graced the runway for the lingerie giant’s extravaganza, which took place at the Mercedes Benz Arena in Shanghai, China, on Monday (20.11.17), and the felt she was able to cope "emotionally, physically and mentally" with the major event in the fashion calendar despite her battle with Lyme disease, which is a bacterial infection spread through infected ticks.
Speaking in a heartfelt post, which was shared on her Instagram account following the glitzy showcase, the brunette beauty wrote: "What a dream come true…This year felt like my first year all over again. Emotionally, physically, mentally, in my health I feel so much stronger in so many ways and I am so grateful to all who have supported me, believed in me and stood by me. Thank you for giving me this opportunity again sweet @ed_razek@monica.mitro @10magazine@johndavidpfeiffer (sic)."
Bella has praised the creative team who organised the catwalk show for working together.
She added: "Yesterday was so unreal on so many levels. It took so much for all of this to come together and truly as a team we pulled it together as a WHOLE. (sic)."
The catwalk model is "grateful" and "humbled" to have graced the runway alongside Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio and Lais Ribeiro, although she thinks her partnership with the brands was "meant to be" because her blue feathered wings match the emoji.
She concluded: "I am grateful. I am happy. I am humbled. And I just can’t stop smiling thinking about it!!! I can’t wait for you all to tune in to this show. #vsfs2017 . Also … WAS IT NOT MEANT TO BE THAT MY WINGS ARE THE DAMN [butterfly] EMOJI!?!?!!? Meant to be!!!!!! DREAM LOOK!!!!!! (sic)."
This year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on November 28 on CBS in the US and will be available to view first in the UK & Ireland on Hayu, the reality on demand channel, from 7am on November 29.
