Bella Hadid bumped into ex-boyfriend The Weeknd in Paris

Bella Hadid bumped into her ex-boyfriend the Weeknd while he was enjoying dinner with friends in Paris on Monday (28.11.16).
The 20-year-old model may have called it quits with the ‘Starboy’ hitmaker – whose real name is Abél Makkonen Tesfaye – last month following almost two years of dating, but that hasn’t stopped them sustaining a platonic relationship as they seemed more than happy to see each other in Hotel Costes yesterday.
A source told E! News: "Bella sat next to The Weeknd and spoke for a little while to him.
"They were really cool with each other. Bella was in a great mood, smiling and seemed really happy while being there."
It’s believed the brunette beauty – who is currently in the French capital for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Wednesday (30.11.16) – dumped the 26-year-old musician because their hectic work schedules were wreaking havoc for their romance.
A source said: "Their schedules have been too hard to co-ordinate and he is focusing on finishing and promoting his album. They still have a great deal of love for one another."
The Weeknd – who will perform at the glitzy extravaganza this week – was first linked to Bella in April 2015 when he asked her to be in the artwork for his album ‘Beauty Behind the Madness’.
The couple made their first red carpet appearance together at the 2016 Grammy awards, which saw the ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ singer take home two gongs.
Bella gushed at the time: "It was a big night for him. He has worked so hard, and he did so well that night. As a girlfriend I wanted to be there to support him. Seeing him so happy when he won a Grammy made me so happy."
She also previously stated that she doesn’t see him as The Weeknd, but rather as the person behind the music.
She said: "I’m dating Abel. I don’t see him as The Weeknd. I’m proud of The Weeknd and the music he makes, but I really love Abel."
