Robbie Williams’ wife is being lined up for a regular role on ‘Loose Women’.
American actress Ayda Field, who has children Theodora and Charlton with the former Take That singer, impressed bosses of the daytime chat show so much during a recent interview that they want to make her a regular on the programme.
Ayda has already been lined up as a guest panellist and told The Sun: "I’m looking forward to getting stuck in to topics with the ladies."
Editor Sally Shelford added: "Ayda is everything we hope for in a Loose Woman."
Speaking on the show previously, Ayda, 36, dished on her marriage to Robbie and gushed about their happy marriage.
She said: "I think our mutual connection is we make each other laugh.
"Before Rob, maybe because I was an American where irony doesn’t necessarily exist I never met anyone who shared my sense of humour.
"We understood each other, it was like this revelation, he could understand me and I could understand someone else."
Ayda also joked her spouse is good at "pretending" to be a pop star, but she also thinks he has a lot of acting talent.
She said: "Robbie pretends to be a pop star – I mean that in a good way, I don’t mean that in a bad way.
"He’s a really good actor, he’s very funny, we do little bits when I’m running scenes and I’ll make him run the lines with me and he’s really good.
"I think he’s got a future in the entertainment business."
