Axl Rose’s leg will be healed in a ‘couple of weeks’

Axl Rose’s fractured foot will be healed in a "couple of weeks".
The 54-year-old singer broke his fifth metatarsal bone in his foot earlier this month whilst rehearsing for his concerts with the reunited classic line-up of Guns N’ Roses, featuring Slash and Duff McKagan, including a headline slot at the Coachella festival.
Axl has now revealed his injury his healing correctly and he expects to be walking unaided very soon.
When asked by TMZ if his foot was restricting him, he answered: "Not really. (It’ll be better) in a couple of weeks."
For Guns N’ Roses’ two Coachella shows, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl loaned Axl the rock ‘n’ roll throne he sat on to play when he bust his ankle last year.
Once Axl’s foot is better he will be ready for his planned shows with AC/DC.
The ‘Paradise City’ singer is replacing Brian Johnson in the band after the rocker had to pull out of the remaining dates on the ‘Rock or Bust’ world tour due to serious hearing problems.
Axl has started rehearsals with AC/DC – Angus Young, Cliff Williams
Stevie Young and Chris Slade – and already has a favourite song to sing.
When asked what track he currently likes the most, he said: "Right now, ‘Touch Too Much’."
Axl is set to join AC/DC in Europe for 10 shows in May and after those dates conclude in June he will reunite with Slash and Duff to begin their ‘Not in This Lifetime Tour’.
