Audrina Patridge claims Corey Bohan has taken photos and videos from their home without permission.
The former ‘Hills’ star filed a motion on Friday (16.02.18) to ask a judge to order her estranged husband to return documents, images and films she claims he took from their former marital abode, and also accused the BMX rider of going through her laptop computer to take files and videos, and requested copies of everything he may have seen.
According to The Blast, Audrina claims Corey has refused her requests to produce copies of financial paperwork related to his income, including bank statements from the US and his native Australia, as well as documents related to his deal with Red Bull.
The 32-year-old beauty has been concerned Corey, 35, may take their 22-month-old daughter, Kirra, to his home country so has requested a copy of his passport, as well as other documents relating to his travels and connections to foreign countries, and also wants to know who he is living with when he has visitation time with the youngster.
Audrina has requested the court sanction Corey $4,030 on the "grounds that he failed to provide complete and sufficient responses and supporting responsive documents, failed to provide underrated documents which were not subject to privilege and submitted responses with objections which were without merit and without substantial justification."
The reality TV star filed for divorce last September, just 10 months after tying the knot, and was granted a temporary restraining and child abduction prevention order against Corey.
She had the order renewed earlier this month.
Her attorney said at the time: "The DVTRO (domestic violence temporary retraining order) was renewed and Corey is going to participate in therapeutic visitation for 12 weeks.
"I would not call the visits ‘supervised,’ just some of his visits will involve a psychologist. Kind of a ‘wait and see’ situation. Audrina wants to be sure she and Kirra are safe, but there is work to be done."
