Ashton Kutcher has given ex-stepdaughter Rumer Willis sole ownership of the Hollywood Hills home they shared together.
The 40-year-old actor – who is now married to Mila Kunis – bought the two bedroom, four bathroom property with Rumer back in 2009 when he was still married to his first wife, and Rumer’s mother, Demi Moore, but it seems he’s set on cutting the last few ties he has with his ex, as he’s signed over his half of the home to Rumer, giving her full ownership.
According to The Blast, Ashton – who was married to Demi from 2005 to 2013 – went halves with Rumer when they first purchased the house for a total price of $971,500, and a co-ownership agreement was filed which listed both the ‘That 70s Show’ star and Rumer as the owners.
In documents filed by 30-year-old Rumer – whose father is Demi’s second husband Bruce Willis, whom she was married to from 1987 to 2000 – on August 3, it was revealed that the co-ownership agreement has now been terminated.
They stated: "All debt owing under the note, deed of trust and any related loan documents has been deemed paid and satisfied in full."
It is unknown whether or not Ashton – who has daughter Wyatt, three, and son Dimitri, 21 months, with Mila – made Rumer fork out any cash to pay him for the half of the home he owned, however The Blast claims property records show the house was recently "sold" for $572,500.
The publication says that the payment went through at around the same time the new grant deed was filed naming Rumer as the sole owner, and as the home is worth far more than the $572,500 it was seemingly sold for, it suggests that price could be what Rumer paid to Ashton for his half.
Meanwhile, in order to part ways with the house entirely, 35-year-old Mila also had to sign a quitclaim deed as a married woman, as her marriage with Ashton gave her rights to the home as well.
