Ariel Winter bucked the bigger boob trend when she had an operation to reduce her massive bust.
The 19-year-old actress was sick of ‘strapping down’ her painful 32F breasts in order to film US sitcom ‘Modern Family’ – so much so that she decided to go under the knife to have them made smaller.
She now boasts a more manageable 34D cup size, and said in 2015 that she felt like a ‘new person’ and no longer has back pain.
