Ariana Grande doubted idol meeting would be genuine

Ariana Grande thought she was being "catfished" when Imogen Heap invited her for dinner.
The ‘Problem’ hitmaker couldn’t believe it when her idol asked to meet her and was convinced she was being set up by a prankster.
She said: "My all-time favourite artist is Imogen Heap.
"There was an email that came in that said Imogen had heard that I had a concert in the UK and she would love to have me over for dinner.
"I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is not real.’ I was on my way to her house on this long drive and eventually I thought I was being catfished and that it really wasn’t going to happen, thinking, ‘She doesn’t want to have dinner with me, this is all a joke and I’m driving to my death right now.’ "
Thankfully for the 22-year-old star, she really did get to have dinner with Imogen, though she was too nervous to appreciate the evening.
She added to Very.co.uk magazine: "It ended up being her, which was a pleasant surprise.
"She cooked and it was really nice – the whole night was really a blur, I don’t think I actually said anything."
