Andrew Morley: Olympia Valance is ‘outspoken’

Andrew Morley thinks Olympia Valance is "very outspoken."
The ‘Neighbours’ star – who portrays mysterious new arrival Jack Callahan – has been working closely with the 23-year-old beauty, who plays Paige Smith, of late as their alter-egos get caught up in a passionate love affair and he has admitted he’s blown away by the actress’ confidence.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I’ve worked with a lot of different people and everyone has their own little attributes and personality traits and Olympia is one that is very confident and very outspoken and one of those people if she has an opinion you just go with it there’s no point objecting. She’ll tell me when I’m stepping out of line."
However, although her strong personality knocked him back at first, he’s admitted it’s "nice" to see a woman so driven.
The 26-year-old hunk explained: "It’s nice that she’s so strong. You often have girls portrayed as push overs and it’s really nice that what happens with the storyline, her character and how she plays it is exactly who she is – not giving up and fighting, and really giving purpose to what love really is, not just having it one sided in so many relationships of guys taking control so that’s a real detriment to her personality."
‘Neighbours’ airs weekdays on Channel 5 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm.
