Amy Childs and Gemma Collins will be appearing in the special 200th episode of ‘The Only Way Is Essex’.
The two cast members will be returning to the reality TV show that made them famous for the landmark anniversary episode and they appear in famous Essex nightspot Sugar Hut.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "It’s true that both Amy Childs and Gemma Collins were among other former ‘TOWIE’ stars invited back to Sugar Hut last week for filming.
"As the show that they first found fame on, they were only too happy to participate on filming for TOWIE’s 200th episode and talk about how grateful they are for the chance the show gave them in starting out."
Since leaving the show last year Gemma, 35, has appeared on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’, while 25-year-old Amy – who quit ‘TOWIE’ after appearing in the first two series of the prgramme – also went into the ‘CBB’ house, competed on ‘The Jump’ and briefly had her own show ‘It’s All About Amy’.
The pair’s appearance is due to be a one-off but they’re always welcome back on the ITVBe show.
The source added: "I don’t think there’s any talk of a permanent return, although they’re all still Brentwood locals, so never say never!"
The 200th episode of The Only Way Is Essex will air on ITVBe in the coming weeks.
