Alicia Vikander was left red faced when she broke wind in the middle of a film set.
The ‘Danish Girl’ star was acting out giving birth for a scene in front of the film’s crew when she accidentally broke wind because she "pushed too hard".
She said: "I was going to give birth in this scene. We went for take, and I just went for it, and I farted in take because I pushed so hard!"
However, the 27-year-old actress wishes she didn’t worry so much about making mistakes when she was starting out in the film industry.
Speaking in a video for Vogue magazine, she added: "Alicia back then was even more serious with acting and what to do and you know, my dreams.
"Acting is your own experiences and the best way to learn about life is to do mistakes."
Meanwhile, Alicia previously admitted she finds fame "a bit overwhelming".
She shared: "A lot of the films are coming out during the same time, so it’s been a bit overwhelming. I’m scared of overexposure, but really I’m just feeling very happy about the work I’ve done with people I admire. Finally, we can let the films out there and see them alive."
But Alicia also admits she is "scared" about her dreams coming true.
She added: "To be quite honest, it’s nerve-racking, the way these films sort of piled up. It’s a mixed feeling when everything you’ve ever wanted in making films is coming true, and yet you feel scared because it’s happening all at once.
"Suddenly you’re in rooms with people you’ve looked up to for years, the Judi Denches. You wonder if you’re good, if you have what it takes. You carry an anxiety around with you – I’ve met many actors now who will say this – and the lonely feeling that this could be your one chance."
