Alesha Dixon says Simon Cowell is a big softy

Britain’s Got Talent’s Alesha Dixon thinks mean judge Simon Cowell is actually a "big softy".
The 38-year-old singer recently branded the tough-talking show boss an "annoying older brother" but it seems their relationship has changed over the recent weeks as she has admitted he actually has a "really big heart" and can be sensitive when he wants to be.
She explained: "He’s actually a big softy and he has a really big heart."
The brunette beauty may be busy with ‘BGT’ auditions around the country but she still managed to find time to take her three-year-old daughter Azura to Disneyland Paris for a charity event in celebration of the magical amusement park’s momentous 25th anniversary.
The is the fourth year that the theme park has teamed up with British Airways to fly children from the charities ‘Body and Soul’, ‘Fight for Peace’ and ‘Oasis Children’s Venture’ out to France.
Since the partnership began back in 2010, the company has raised more than £14.5 million to help sick children around the world.
Alesha said: "It was a lovely day for all involved. I especially loved chatting to the children, they were very sweet. Azura had a fabulous day too. The charities are incredible and the children that I met so far have been so sweet.
"I’m so happy for them for a lot of them it is their first time – they are going through certain things in their life that and the fact that they get to come here and have fun and let go of all of that and just be kids is lovely and it has been a real pleasure to meet all of them."
As well as trying out the rides and attractions within Disneyland, Alesha also took the time to offer some advice to the young people in a bid it’ll help them reach for their dreams.
She said: "The most important thing is self belief. Never be afraid of hard work and when things don’t work out for any particular reason try and learn from it and become stronger as a result.
"The power of your attitude towards something will usually determine the outcome."
