Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have welcomed their third child together into the world.
The 58-year-old actor and his 32-year-old brunette took to social media on Monday (12.09.16) to share the joyous occasion as they introduced their newborn son Leonardo Ángel Charles Baldwin to their fans.
Alongside a picture of her and her son, Hilaria – who already has kids Carmen Gabriela, three, and 14-month-old son Rafael Thomas with her husband – wrote on Instagram: "We are so pleased to introduce you to our new baby, Leonardo Ángel Charles Baldwin. It was such a special day bringing him into this world."
The ’30 Rock’ actor – who also has 20-year-old daughter Ireland from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger – used Twitter to share the news, but opted for a far more formal approach as he simply posted the details of their son’s birth.
He tweeted: "Leonardo Angel Charles. September 12. 6:51pm. New York City."
The news of the brand new addition to the Baldwin family comes after the ‘Beetlejuice’ star revealed last year he was "dying" to have another child and expand his brood.
He said: "I’m dying to have another child with my wife. I love my wife more than anything. I love our family, I’m very happy. I’ve never been happier before in my life … Even my daughter Ireland has been visiting and we see her falling more in love with Carmen every day. It’s really fun.
"This is the best time of my life and I owe it all to my wife, truly."
