Adam Thomas’ horrific Bushtucker Trial

Adam Thomas is to face a horrifying Bushtucker Trial on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ that the producers have been planning for five series.
The 28-year-old actor will be heading off to the Bushtucker Food Factory on Monday (21.11.16), where he will have to deal with "rotten veg in stagnant water", as well as, a number of creepy crawlies in a trial that is "full of gross stuff".
Speaking on the show’s spin-off ‘I’m A Celeb Extra Camp’, trial creator Ben said: "This is rotten veg in stagnant water and there’s going to be a few stars in there. This has been rotting for a few days and the water is from the swamp.
"There’s also going to be spiders especially for Adam because he hates them. There’s be rats in here as well.
"The trial has been planned for five series, we’ve had loads of gross stuff and we didn’t know where to put it and now it’s come together in one big factory – it’s full of our gross stuff.
"This 125 litres is of lard in a lard tunnel, this is the most disgusting stuff and he’s going to have to go right through there to get to the rest of the factory.
"I think he’s gonna smash through it but I think he’ll be retching."
Showing the preview for the stomach-turning trial on Sunday’s (20.11.16) show, presenters Ant and Dec described it as "hell".
They said: "It’s the factory floor from hell where they make nothing but misery.
"You’ll wish you’d never clocked on for a shift at the Bushtucker Food Factory."
Meanwhile the ‘Emmerdale’ actor isn’t convinced he’ll be any good at collecting the stars and bringing home meals for his hungry camp mates.
He said when he was named for the task: "I’m going to be horrific at this."
‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ continues on ITV at 9pm on Monday (21.11.16).
