Billie Faiers has given birth to a baby girl.
The ‘Only Was is Essex’ star, 24, and her fiancé Greg Shepherd welcomed their daughter – their first child together – into the world today (10.07.14).
The blonde beauty announced the happy news on her Twitter account this afternoon, telling her fans: "We are so excited to announce the birth of our beautiful baby girl … We are so happy and the proudest mummy and daddy in the world (sic)."
Billie’s sister Sam – who left the ITV show last year – was the first to congratulate the couple on their new arrival and took the opportunity to boast about her little niece.
She tweeted: "Am the proudest auntie in the whole world my baby niece is perfect . Congratulations @BillieFaiers & @GregShepherd_ (sic)."
Meanwhile, Billie revealed she was overdue last weekend and tweeted a photograph of her on a walk in the hope that exercise would kick start her labour.
She accompanied the snap with the caption: "Out for a nice long walk… Get this baby moving .. #overdue (sic)."
The Minnie’s Boutique owner announced she was expecting a baby in January, but she admitted at the time that she was initially too nervous to do a pregnancy test.
She said previously: "In my head I knew I was pregnant because I missed my period, which never happens, but I was too nervous to do the pregnancy test because suddenly my whole life was about to change."
