Beyonce and Jay Z kick off world tour

Beyonce and Jay Z have kicked off their joint ‘On The Run’ tour in Miami, Florida.

The superstar and her rapper husband performed a sold out show yesterday (25.06.14) at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens and Beyonce, 32, wore a number of raunchy outfits, including a black cut-out bodysuit which exposed her bum cheeks and a leather one-piece.

She also took to the stage wearing a fishnet headpiece covering her face, which she later removed, while Jay Z, 44, opted for a black blazer, US flag shirt, black beanie hat and black shades.

The couple opened the show with their hit ’03 Bonnie and Clyde’ and their 42-song set included ‘Drunk In Love’, ‘Run The World’, ‘Crazy In Love’, ‘Pimpin’ and ‘Holy Grail’.

Beyonce and Jay Z, who have two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy together, also showed footage from their wedding in April 2008, and closed the show with ‘Young Forever’.

Fans were overwhelmed by their "flawless" performances and took to Twitter to praise the superstars.

One wrote: "Best concert tonight!!! Beyonce and Jay Z were amazing!! (sic)"

Another wrote: "Literally speechless they both killed it what a show @Beyonce jay z #OnTheRun #Miami amazing night #flawless #BonnieAndClyde (sic)"

The 16-date tour will now continue in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas and Louisiana, ending with a concert at the AT&T Park in San Francisco, California.
