Fleabag and Cherynobl lead Royal Television Society Programme Awards nominations

‘Fleabag’ and ‘Chernobyl’ lead the Royal Television Society Programme Awards nominations with three apiece.
The BBC comedy and Sky Arts drama have both been given the nod in a hat-trick of categories for the upcoming RTS ceremony, which will be hosted by writer and comedian Paul Merton on March 17th at London’s Grosvenor Hotel.

For the Comedy Writer prize, Phoebe finds herself competing with Danny Brocklehurst (‘Brassic’) and ‘Sex Education’ scribe Laurie Nunn, while the latter show also has a nod in the Comedy Performance (Male) category thanks to Ncuti Gatwa.
