Ant Middleton launching Mind Over Muscle podcasts on Audible

Ant Middledon is launching two ‘Mind Over Muscle’ series for Audible.
The 39-year-old former soldier has announced ‘Journey To The Finish Line’ and ‘The Four Pillar Plan’ – both of which will air on Amazon’s spokes word platform – as he looks to shine a light on mental health.
He said: "’Mind Over Muscle’ is the story of my mind-set. But it isn’t just my story. It’s your story too. In this podcast and new Audible Original, I have a direct line to you.
"We’re going to talk through the changes you need to make in your life to get you through your challenges and achieve your goals. This is your story, your journey; the future starts with you."
The fortnightly ‘Journey To The Finish’ podcast sees Ant joined by Mara Yamauchi – Britain’s second fastest female marathon runner of all time – and Performance In Mind founder Dr. Josephine Perry as they look into whether running a marathon can improve your mental health.
The first episode is already available at www.audible.co.uk/run.
Meanwhile, ‘The Four Pillar Plan’ will see Ant guide listeners through the four tenets of his philosophy – Starts With You, Taking Ownership, Acknowledging Your Emotions and Integrity – over six hours, which will be available in full from April 30.
Sean McManus, Senior Director of Business Affairs at Audible UK, added: "It’s easy to see why Ant connects so well in audio, given the depth of personality to his voice, the integrity of his message and the ease with which he communicates to anyone.
"It’s been a huge pleasure to develop this original audio project with him, bringing the methods of his Four Pillar Plan direct to listeners.
"Seeing the 28 day plan he’s devised for them, and the flair with which he’s used the particular strengths of audio, has been so exciting and we can’t wait to share it with our audiences."
