Leanne Amaning: Love Island dumping puts things in perspective

Love Island’s Leanne Amaning says tonight’s (27.01.20) dumping "puts a lot of things into perspective" for her on the show.
The 22-year-old customer service advisor insists she no longer wants to "waste time" in the villa after one of Sophie Piper or Connor Durman are eliminated from the programme when their fellow Islanders have to make a tough decision, hinting she could be having second thoughts about Mike Boateng.
It comes after ‘Love Island’ presenter Laura Whitmore stunned the Islanders last night by showing up to the villa and declaring Sophie and Connor had been voted as the least popular couple.
As a result, one of the pair have to leave the island, but the decision is up to their co-stars.
Reflecting on the elimination, Leanne says: "I’m not wasting anymore time. I’m not. If I’m not feeling something, I’m not feeling something."
And in the Beach Hut, she says: "Tonight has really kicked me up the bum and shown me that you can go home at any minute.
"I think it’s really put a lot of things in perspective."
Elsewhere, Siannise Fudge asks Rebecca Gormley for a chat after they clashed on last night’s (26.01.20) show, and two new bombshells, Demi Jones and Wallace Wilson, will enter the villa.
Ahead of their arrival, Nas receives a text and reads it out to his fellow Islanders.
It says: "Islanders, tonight one new girl and one new boy will be entering the villa. Each new arrival has chosen one Islander to prepare their starter, one to prepare their main course and one to prepare their dessert #dishydates #eatingisnotcheating #haveyourcakeandeatit."
What’s more, the Islanders will get messy in new challenge Getting Trollied, in which they will have to pass food to each other via their mouths.
