Roman Kemp has finished in third place on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
The 26-year-old radio presenter narrowly missed out on lifting the jungle crown and being named King of the Jungle on the ITV reality show, after he received the least number of votes in the first half of Sunday’s (08.12.19) live final.
Speaking of his time in the jungle, he said: "That was the best thing of my life. I’ve never had more fun, I’ve never had an experience like that, I couldn’t be more grateful."
And whilst the star – who is the son of Spandau Ballet musician Martin Kemp, and Wham! singer Shirlie Holliman – found it "strange" to be living in the jungle, he insisted his three weeks in camp have been "fun".
He said: "I’ve never had more fun, I’ve never had so much emotion in my life. And it’s a really strange place down there, it’s a really unnatural thing that forms a family within three weeks.
"It really is [magical]. Genuinely, it really really is. And I’m not just saying that."
Roman’s eviction means ‘EastEnders’ star Jacqueline Jossa and ‘Coronation Street’ actor Andy Whyment are left battling it out for first place, which will be announced later during Sunday’s show.
And Roman would love to see Jacqueline walk away with the crown.
He said: "I would love to see Jackie win it. I would love that. Yeah. I love Andy to bits, but I would love Jacqueline to be it."
