Tamzin Outhwaite vows to only eat ‘plant-based food’

Tamzin Outhwaite is determined to "only eat plant-based food" from now on.
The ‘EastEnders’ actress has previously documented her decision to go alcohol and meat-free, and now after attending a body camp in Mallorca she is also trying to cut out sugar and dairy for "as long as possible".
She wrote on Twitter: "Right this time I mean it… I return to London, only eating plant based food…no alcohol, no sugar, no dairy, no meat… please let’s make this last as long as possible… all down to you #thebodycampmallorca (sic)"
Tamzin – who is leaving the BBC One soap this autumn – recently admitted she was craving "stodgy carbs" after going four days without alcohol and sugar.
Last month, she wrote on Twitter: "Day 4 of no alcohol and no sugar and all I really want is stodgy carbs.
Dirty, fatty, heavy stodge. (sic)"
In response to her tweet, Tamzin’s former co-star Nitin Ganatra – who played Masood Ahmed on the show – joked: "I’m right here….. (sic)"
And she replied: "[laughing face emoji] you are more refreshing , zingy, light MANGO (sic)"
The 48-year-old star – who plays Mel Owen on ‘EastEnders’ – is no stranger to ditching alcohol.
In May, Tamzin admitted she was feeling "tippety top" after going without booze and red meat for nearly two weeks.
She wrote on Twitter: "Day 13 of no alcohol, no red meat and no dairy…. feeling Tippetty Top, apart from waking at 5am every day, whether I’m working or not. (sic)"
Nitin appeared to take a bit of credit for her lifestyle change.
He tweeted: "that’s the way forward. You’re welcome. xxx (sic)"
Emma Barton (Honey Mitchell) was impressed by Tamzin’s cleansing.
She wrote: "You are sooooo good! (sic)"
