Megan Barton-Hanson worked out with Michael Jackson’s former bodyguard for ‘The All New Monty: Ladies Night’.
The former ‘Love Island’ star stripped off last night (07.05.19) on the ITV show to raise awareness of cancer prevention, and she hired the services of Matt Fiddes for her training regime.
He told The Sun Online: "Megan needed a lot of motivation to get to the gym at first but she is a good girl and once in the gym I was very impressed.
"It is hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym six days a week and I have had to ensure Megan keeps on track but overall she is a model student.
"She is not too skinny and loves her curves, it was all about toning up and getting fit. The lifestyle change has really helped Megan’s mind-set and she feels less anxious."
Megan, 24, has been working 40-minute sessions, six times a week and Matt put her on a strict intermittent fasting diet.
The reality star – who appeared on the show alongside the likes of ‘Loose Women’ presenter Coleen Nolan and ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star Danielle Armstrong – was only allowed to eat three meals a day between 3pm and 8pm.
Danielle said: "You really see a different side to Megan. She’s been open about her past being a stripper. That was one of the first things we addressed.
"She was probably the least confident out of everyone. She was so shy. The naked part wasn’t daunting, but the dancing she found really, really scary."
On Monday night (06.05.19) it was the men getting their kit off, with ‘Love Island’ hunk Jack Fincham taking to the stage alongside the likes of Kelvin Fletcher and Ashley Banjo.
