Ashley Graham: Kendall Jenner is ‘so lucky’

Ashley Graham thinks Kendall Jenner is "lucky" for being able to be selective about her modelling gigs.
The 22-year-old model landed herself in hot water earlier this year when she claimed she would never do "30 shows a season" like some other models because her high profile has meant she’s always been able to pick and choose when she works.
And now, curvy model Ashley, 30, has said the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star is "so lucky" to be in that position, because she’s had to fight for her own place on the runway.
Speaking during an appearance on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ on Thursday (18.10.18), Ashley said: "Well, lucky for her. Because I’ve never been … that’s so lucky. These t**s and a** have just had to fight through and break down barriers every day."
In August, Kendall said she had always been selective about her shows, and claimed she would never do the amount of runway projects some other models have to do in a year.
She told Love magazine: "Since the beginning we’ve been super selective about what shows I would do. I was never one of those girls who would do, like, 30 shows a season or whatever the f**k those girls do. More power to ’em."
But after several industry veterans hit out at Kendall for claiming that her comments were "so disrespectful to literally 99 percent of people in the industry," the brunette beauty was forced to clarify her position, blaming Love magazine for taking her words "out of context".
She wrote on Twitter: "I was misrepresented in a recent interview over the wknd $ it’s important to clarify the meaning. It was intended to be entirely complimentary but unfortunately, my words were twisted & taken out of context. I want to be clear. The respect that I have for my peers is immeasurable!"
And her representative added: "The point was that it’s their path and ‘the more power to them.’ She admires their hard work and dedication. It’s an accomplishment."
