Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey have already secured their baby son a spot on the ‘Love Island’ line up for when he’s 18.
The newly-engaged couple – who won the dating show back in 2016 – only welcomed their little one Freddie into the world six months ago but they’ve already asked bosses of the series if the youngster can have a "free pass" onto the programme when he’s an adult as they want him to replicate their success.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’ on Thursday (26.07.18), Nathan said when Christine Lampard asked if Freddie was going on the show: "He gets a free pass!"
Cara added: "We spoke to the producers, and we said: ‘So when he’s 18 is he allowed in?’ and they said: ‘Yep, if we’re still going little Fred gets to go in.’ "
The pair met and fell for one another in the love shack two years ago but they have admitted they never expected their lives to go in the direction it is now.
Of whether they could imagine meeting each other and having a baby when they signed up to the show, Nathan said: "No, not at all. But we’re so glad we did, look what we’ve got out of it. We’ve got our perfect little family now."
Cara added: "We were saying yesterday, imagine if one of has said no to the opportunity, our lives would have been so different."
The loved-up duo announced their engagement earlier this week after Nathan, 26, got down on one knee in the original villa where they first met.
He explained: "I’m not really a romantic kind of guy. But, yeah I went in on this one. I thought, with proposals, you’ve really got to set the mark. I took her back to the old villa, so I proposed on the exact spot we met."
Cara laughed: "I got really nervous, he blindfolded me, he went take it off, I said, ‘No, no I don’t want to do it.’
Nathan explained: "I did like a little treasure hunt with poems dotted around the villa with special moments that meant something to us."
Cara said: "He told me we were going for a photoshoot for my birthday."
