Emma Willis is "still waiting" for the confirmed final list for this year’s ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ line-up.
The 42-year-old presenter remained tight-lipped on ‘Good Morning Britain’ when asked about which famous faces could be appearing on the new series set to hit our screens from next month and says that even though she is the host she doesn’t get any insider info.
Speaking to Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins, she said: "I’m still waiting for the confirmed final list. You hear speculation and you hear we might have so and so, we might have so and so and you get really excited about that possibility and then it doesn’t happen and you’re disappointed so I just kind of wait until the week before when I know everyone has signed those contracts."
Emma – who recently renewed her wedding vows to husband Matt Willis – has been under instructions to keep quiet about any details about the show until this week, which saw ‘Big Brother’ mark its 18th birthday.
She added: "I’ve literally not been able to say anything until the beginning of the week when we released the eye."
One person rumoured to have signed up for the upcoming series is adult movie star Stormy Daniels who recently hit the headlines following allegations that she had sex with US President Donald Trump in 2006.
A source said: "Stormy is the biggest signing for this year’s show and she’ll make headlines around the world. Bosses were so keen to get her on board and it’s a fantastic opportunity for her."
However, Emma didn’t give away any clue as to whether we could be seeing Stormy in the ‘CBB’ house.
She said: "Someone asked me that actually yesterday and I think because the series is called ‘Eye of the Storm’, I was like, ‘Have you just connected these words together?’ "
Should Stormy appear in the ‘CBB’ house next month she looks set to be in good company, alongside the likes of ex-‘Coronation Street’ actor Ryan Thomas, former ‘Love Island’ babe Gabby Allen and Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness, who have all reportedly signed up for the new series.
