Eva Longoria wants to give her baby a "traditional" name.
The 42-year-old actress is currently expecting her first child, a baby boy, with her husband Jose ‘Pepe’ Baston, and has said that whilst they don’t have a name picked out just yet, they know the moniker will follow the traditions of their shared Mexican heritage.
She said: "We are Mexican, so we’re very traditional. It’ll be a long name."
And the ‘Desperate Housewives’ star also admitted she hasn’t been having any pregnancy cravings, and instead has found herself losing her appetite for certain foods.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, she said: "I don’t have any cravings. I have the opposite of cravings. I actually, don’t like chicken right now since I got pregnant. And I used to eat chicken daily. And now I’m like, my husband ordered it the other day and I’m like, ‘Why would you do that?!’"
Although she claims to not be craving any foods, Eva took to her Instagram story earlier this week to reveal she has been eating cereal for dinner because it is what her baby wants.
She said: "You guys, I’m so hungry. And I don’t wanna cook anything and I don’t feel like ordering anything, so I’m gonna eat cereal, but I can’t decide what cereal to eat.
"Just so you know guys, this isn’t me. It’s my baby. It’s my baby wanting cereal for dinner."
Although the baby boy will the star’s first child, Mexican businessman José has kids from his marriage to ex-wife Natalia Esperon.
Eva has admitted her maternal instincts kicked in from being a stepmother to José’s children Natalia, 21, and 13-year-old twins Mariana and Jose
She previously said: "I am a stepmom to three amazing kids, and I’ve had my hands full, and they are amazing and wonderful … It’s been a lot of fun, a lot of fun being a stepmom."
