Demi Lovato plans acting return

Demi Lovato wants to get back into acting – but is worried her tattoo collection may reduce the roles on offer.
The ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ hitmaker began her career as a child actor and got her big break starring alongside The Jonas Brothers in Disney musical movie ‘Camp Rock’.
Demi, 25, has been focusing on her music and TV talent show jobs in recent years, but has had voice roles in animations including speaking for Smurfette in ‘Smurfs: The Lost Village’, but she’s ready to be in front of the cameras.
Speaking to Popsugar about what kind of acting roles she is looking for she said: "Anything. I think it just depends on what they’ll allow me to play with all my tattoos."
And the ‘Confident’ singer – who split from 37-year-old actor boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama in 2016 after six years of dating – is also thinking about starting a family.
Demi revealed: "I want to do both. Music is very important to me. I want to get back into acting at some point, too. And hopefully I’ll be starting a family in five years, but you never know! Life never goes according to plan. We’ll see what happens. I may just be a dog lady and be working on my tenth album."
The ‘Tell Me You Love Me’ singer also admitted her decision to cast ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Jesse Williams as her husband in the music video for the hit single, was mainly influenced by her attraction to the actor.
Demi said: "So [my friend] was actually like, ‘You should cast one of those hot doctors from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’.’ And I was like, ‘Well, I’m gonna go for the hottest one, and I’m gonna go for Jesse.’"
