Emily Andre has compared herself to Meghan Markle ahead of her high profile marriage to Prince Harry.
The doctor married singer and reality star Peter Andre two years ago following their engagement on New Year’s Eve 2013, and she has given some advice to the ‘Suits’ actress on life in the spotlight after news she is to wed the British royal in May next year.
Writing in her OK! magazine column, she said: "It won’t be an easy ride for her taking on such a big responsibility and having her whole life scrutinised.
"I’ve obviously experienced it on a much smaller scale and I’ve found the best way to deal with it is to try and not read the negativity."
Speaking about Meghan and Harry’s romance, Emily added that the couple seem "natural" and totally in love – and she suggested she’s hoping it isn’t too long before there is news of another royal baby.
Harry’s brother and sister-in-law the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge married in 2011 and together have son Prince George, four, and daughter Princess Charlotte, two, with a third child due in April 2018.
Emily added: "They seem so in love and natural with one another. I wish them all the happiness together and hopefully there will be news of another royal baby soon!"
Meanwhile, Harry is reported to have predicted he would hook up with a person who would be able to handle the scrutiny which comes with being in a relationship with him.
Shortly before he met Meghan in July 2016, he reportedly told someone close to him that "only somebody who was already in the public eye would be able to understand and handle everything that goes with being with [a prince]".
A source told The Sunday Times newspaper: "I don’t think he went out and deliberately looked for a famous actress."
