Chris Hughes predicts Muggy Mike will struggle on Celebs Go Dating

Chris Hughes has predicted his ‘Love Island’ rival Mike Thalassitis will struggle on ‘Celebs Go Dating’ because he lacks personality.
Chris and Mike clashed on the ITV2 reality show this summer over blonde beauty Olivia Attwood, with Chris giving his foe the less-than welcome nickname ‘Muggy’ Mike for trying to take his now-girlfriend.
Mike is part of an exciting line-up for the romantic E4 programme which includes ‘TOWIE’ star Gemma Collins, former ‘Jerry Maguire’ child star Jonathan Lipnicki, ‘Made In Chelsea’ lads Sam Thompson and Ollie Locke and singer Tallia Storm, who has previously dated Brooklyn Beckham.
But Chris believes Mike will find it hard to bag himself a girlfriend because, despite his great looks, his chat won’t impress any of the ladies.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, Chris said: "I don’t know, how he’ll get on. Mike will definitely be looking for a personality. When he’s on a date it’ll be like, ‘Mike are you searching for a personality as well as a girl?’ If he ends up on a date with Gemma that will be fun."
Despite his mocking of Mike, Chris has not had a great week when it comes to his own love life as he and Olivia had a row over his drunken antics.
The muscle hunk released a statement online apologising to Olivia and admitting he’d been a "drunk d**k" after footage emerged of him hugging an unidentified woman outside the Sugar Hut nightclub in Brentwood, Essex.
He said: "I was a mess Saturday night, couldn’t remember an awful lot. I put my arm around a stranger which I should never have done, and I still don’t know, but it’s a lesson learnt not to be a drunk tw**. All of us do things we shouldn’t one time or another and do stupid s**t, but nothing escalated as it would never. Sometimes it takes an incident to sharpen up in life. Just being a drunk d**k."
Chris has also insisted that he and Olivia are "good" and very much together.
