Selena Gomez has two albums’ worth of music she’s ready to release.
The chart-topping singer has just unveiled her track ‘Wolves’ and Selena has promised her legion of fans that she’s still got plenty more material in the pipeline.
She shared: "I’m ready. I want to get back in and re-focus on all of my music.
"To be honest, I feel like I have two albums already completed, but I’m wanting to figure it out."
Selena, 25, said she’s ahead of her own schedule in regards to her new music.
And while the brunette beauty doesn’t wish to rush into releasing new material before she’s ready, she’s also pledged that her fans won’t have to wait too long, either.
Selena told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe: "It’s a lot sooner than I think people anticipate. I want to call the shots, I want it to be good, I want to be ready, I don’t want to do anything that’s forced. It will be soon."
During the interview, Selena also explained that her musical focus has shifted over recent months.
The American singer – who underwent a kidney transplant for her lupus earlier this year – said her new material is more "meaningful".
She explained: "I wanted my music to be a lot more meaningful, to be honest … I just wanted to take my time.
"I didn’t want it to be crowded by over-glamorised things and the pop world can just be really distracting sometimes. This year, I did it at my own pace."
