Miley Cyrus was addicted to buying from infomercials

Miley Cyrus has admitted she had a "weird addiction" which compelled her to buy everything she saw on "infomercials".
The 24-year-old pop megastar got hooked on watching the sales TV shows when she was suffering from insomnia and she would be hastily reaching for her credit card every time she saw a new potentially life-improving gadget.
Her most unsatisfying purchase was a device that boasted it could get rid of your double chin but she gave that to her grandmother.
Speaking on BBC Radio One on Friday (15.09.17), Miley said: "I used to have a weird addiction where I would buy everything I saw on the info-commercials. I had some insomnia and I bought a lot of random things. I bought this thing that is supposed to get rid of your double chin, but it didn’t work. I re-gifted it and gave it to my grandma. That was probably the worst thing I have ever bought. I met this lady who was 90 years old and she had no double chin because she used this thing every day for two minutes. So I thought, ‘Maybe it does work,’ but it didn’t."
Miley – who is engaged to ‘The Hunger Games’ star Liam Hemsworth – is getting ready to release her new album ‘Younger Now’ and the LP includes a track called ‘Rainbow Land’ which she recorded with her godmother Dolly Parton.
The song is about people in America accepting each other no matter what their race of religion is and for her it’s one of the most important pieces of music she’s recorded.
She explained: "I have a song on my record I wrote with Dolly called ‘Rainbow Land’ … Politics always drives my music. On ‘Rainbow Land’ it’s about accepting every single person, it wouldn’t be a rainbow if everyone was the same. I’ve been trying to make my music very hopefully and express how great this country’s potential is, except for the minority. A lot of people in America are really great."
