Mike Thalassitis would ‘back himself’ to charm Jess Shears

Mike Thalassitis would back himself to win the heart of Jess Shears if he initiated anything.
The ‘Love Island’ hunk and the brunette beauty were rumoured to have enjoyed a fling on the programme, but Jess has recently been dating Dom Lever and their romance appears to be going from strength to strength.
Reflecting on the situation, Mike said: "With the whole Jess thing – yeah who knows what would have happened. Dom came out. You saw the papers. Nothing happened.
"If things worked out differently – yeah they would have worked out differently. Yeah, nothing happened."
But Mike subsequently suggested that the only reason things didn’t progress between himself and Jess, was because he didn’t actively pursue the busty brunette.
Asked if things would have been different if he had opted to initiate the situation with Jess, he told MirrorTV: "I back myself. I don’t know, I’m not Jess."
Meanwhile, Mike also revealed he would "see what happens" with Tyla Carr following his exit from the show.
The hunky star admitted he enjoyed sharing a bed with Tyla and insisted he isn’t concerned about the reaction of his fellow islander Jonny Mitchell.
The 24-year-old soccer star said: "I definitely want to see Jonny. He was my mate in there the first time.
"I’m not worried, I know Jonny’s a man. He’s not stupid he knows the game. He know what he’s about in there.
"He was probably only one of the reasons I enjoyed my first time in there. I’m looking forward to seeing Jonny. He’s a man and he carries himself like a man."
