The Spice Girls star – who was known as Ginger Spice in the group – was promoting her new single ‘Angel In Chains’ for late pal George Michael’s charity Childline.
Geri’s lower back was showing an exposed scar from a operation.
While she was there she signed an autograph on a fan’s arm who said he will get it tattooed as a permanent memory.
