Angelina Jolie is "holding on" amidst her split from Brad Pitt.
The ‘By The Sea’ star’s father Jon Voight says she is doing well and he is looking forward to spending time with his grandchildren – Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – over the festive period.
He told E! News: "Christmas is family, and I have lots of family. I’m hoping to see my grandchildren. I’m hoping to see my grandnieces and nephews and be with them. I’m making the plans now. By the way, I’m supposed to be making these plane flights right as we speak …
"I have a couple of things that I do for the grandkids. They look forward to the same things every year. The kids in New York, we get to see a show. So, I get them all tickets to a show that they like … Angelina’s OK. She’s holding on."
Meanwhile, the former couple have reportedly reached a temporary custody agreement.
Angelina will have sole legal guardianship of their children and Brad will still have to face "therapeutic visitations" with the kids, as previously agreed. The family’s therapist though "shall at all times consider the best interests of the minors".
The judge also ruled that the ‘Fury’ actor would have to participate in random drug and alcohol testing whilst also attend weekly therapy sessions with a counsellor.
A source shared: "Originally, Pitt had volunteered to do the drug and alcohol testing himself. But now that a judge has signed off on these docs, it has become mandatory and cannot be reversed without another court filing."
