Oliver Nohl-Oser fired from The Apprentice

Oliver Nohl-Oser has been fired from ‘The Apprentice’.
The businessman – who is the owner of the Cumbrian Sausage Company – has become the third contestant to be given the boot from the reality TV show after he failed to control his team during a tasty sweet-making task in Brighton.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I think my mistakes were indecisiveness, maybe not ballsy enough and I got myself too flustered."
Lord Sugar finally decided to mix the boys and girls up for the first time this series after both teams failed to impress during the jeans task last week but he clearly made the wrong choice when it came to his project managers as Oliver failed to keep tabs on his sub team, run by Mukai Noiri, and Alana Spencer broke down in tears when her group’s sweet-making equipment malfunctioned at the last minute.
However, both teams – named the Titans and Nebula – threw themselves into the task headfirst as they got stuck in to designing and manufacturing their own sweets.
It wasn’t until the first day drew to a close that both teams found themselves in a sticky situation in the kitchen and in Brighton and, in turn, decided to work into the night to ensure they had enough products to fulfill their order and sell the next day.
As alarms went off early in the morning, the teams headed to the seafront on bicycles in a bid to maximise the sale by charming the city’s punters with their sweet treats.
But things took a turn for the worst when the Titans – lead by Alana – and Nebula – managed by Oliver – have to try and sell their calorific sweets to big clients.
While the Titans managed to secure a sweet deal, Nebula left their client with a sour taste in his mouth when the team tried to pass off a substandard product.
In a last minute dash to claw as much cash as they can, the teams tried to secure deals by selling in bulk to Brighton’s busy retail outlets, with varied success.
Back in the boardroom, the figures weren’t dissimilar as the Titans sold a healthy sum of £1,1215.09 but made just £785.66 in profit once their spending total was taken out, while Nebula partws with just £207.75 in cash and made £615.08 in profit.
Oliver – being project manager – was immediately called back into the boardroom by Lord Sugar and he opted for Mukai and Paul Sullivan to join him.
After the business magnate listened to squabbling and the trio’s reasons for why they deserved another chance, Lord Sugar lifted his finger and shoved it in Oliver’s face.
However, although he was given the boot, the 33-year-old sausage company owner believes the big boss actually rather liked him and didn’t want to get rid of him.
He explained: "Lord Sugar actually quite liked me with the cheeky sly sausage jokes. He mentioned sausages quite a lot, which is great for the brand."
