Rylan Clark-Neal wants to have children.
The ‘Xtra Factor’ host is desperate to start a family with his husband Dan Neal but has admitted there are a few things he wants to achieve personally before he’s ready to have a baby.
He explained to Yahoo Celeb UK: "Kids are on the agenda. They have always been on mine and I know that Dan would like to as well, I just have to get a few things out of the way, selfishly, first. We’d love to have children."
However, the 27-year-old presenter is already a father figure to Dan’s teenage son Cameron and, although he was initially worried about forcing his way into his life, he doesn’t mind getting stuck in when it comes to telling him off.
He explained: "It was quite scary but the thing with me and Cameron is that there’s 10 years between me and Dan and then 10 years between me and Cameron. So I’m the man in the middle and when he tries to get away with something with Dan, I’m like: ‘Oi, listen you little pr**k, I was doing that two years ago so don’t try and pull the wool over my eyes!"
Rylan – who shot to fame on ‘The X Factor’ in 2012 – has managed to carve out a name for himself on television but Cameron doesn’t mind that his family are in the limelight.
When asked if Cameron liked the glitz and glamour of Rylan’s showbiz life, he said: "He doesn’t give a s***. He is the most laid-back, couldn’t-give-a-f*** kid. He’s not phased by any of it."
