Gavin Rossdale impressed Voice bosses

Gavin Rossdale was offered a role on ‘The Voice UK’ immediately after his interview.
The 50-year-old rocker flew from Los Angeles to London to interview for the job and show bosses had made up their minds to hire him before he got back to LA.
Speaking to the Sunday Times Style magazine, he said: "I was already really panicked and stressed. Then this email came in. I interviewed on Skype, then went to London, and by the time I’d got back I’d got the gig. So quick! I think when they met me, they were expecting me to be tongue-tied and really difficult. But maybe I wasn’t. Maybe I was on a roll."
Gavin’s daughter Daisy Lowe, 27, is currently competing on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and the pair are equally proud of each other.
He said: "When I told Daisy, she was so excited. I went to her rehearsals. Amazing. She got top scores. Amazing, incredible, I’m so proud of her."
Gavin also has three sons, Kingston, 10, Zuma, eight, and Apollo, two, with his former wife Gwen Stefani and revealed that he will be flying back to LA weekly while filming ‘The Voice UK’ in London, so that he can see them.
Despite the "heinous" schedule, he said: "They’re the guys — they’re my replacements. The better versions of me. I’m going to try and take all the things I’ve ever done wrong and keep them away from that."
