Karlie Kloss’s therapeutic workouts

Karlie Kloss finds working out therapeutic.
The 24-year-old model enjoys hitting the gym as it helps keep her stress levels down.
She said: "I’m pretty healthy most of the time. I eat a lot of fish, a lot of vegetables, I really love to cook with really clean and fresh ingredients …
"I love to dance … to kind of just move. There’s nothing more gratifying than a good sweat. It’s the best therapy."
And the former Victoria’s Secret Angel is settling in well into her new course at New York University but insists it is not a sign her modelling career is over.
Speaking to the new issue of Women’s Health magazine, she said: "Starting school at NYU this past fall was totally a natural next step for me. Not because I’m done modelling – I’m 24 and hope to be doing this job for as long as people will keep hiring me, but I wanted to keep growing and learning and challenging myself in different ways, and I hope to be a student for the rest of my life.
"I’ve made some friends on campus. It’s funny … some students don’t know if I’m a teacher or if I’m a student. Some people recognise me, most people don’t. It’s New York, everybody’s super anonymous. You kinda just walk down the street and live your life."
Meanwhile, Karlie previously praised the ‘girl squad’ – the likes of Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid and Cara Delevingne – for helping her regain her confidence.
She said: "I grew up being the tallest in my class and was always teased for being skinny. Whether it was because of those people at school or people online now, I had to develop a thick skin.
"You have to learn to cope with people’s opinions – it is so important for women to be surrounded by people who truly support them. You have to have a core support group."
