Anna Williamson is doing hypnobirthing

Anna Williamson has been doing hypnobirthing.
The 34-year-old television presenter is due to welcome her first child into the world any day now with her husband Alex Di Pasquale, but she has admitted she’s not overly scared about labour as she’s been looking into self help.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I’m not really scared. I’ve been hypnobirthing and feel quite relaxed about it all really. You know it’s going to come out so we’ll see what happens. I’d really recommend it. It’s all about, I have an idea about hypnosis anyway just as a therapist.
"It’s great to have it done to you so yeah it’s brilliant. Really really makes you think positive, it actually just takes away all your fears. When you get to that point I’d recommend it."
And, although she’s almost reached full term, the blonde beauty still doesn’t know what she’s having as she wants it to be a "surprise" when the baby is born.
She explained: "It’s a surprise. We did on a few occasions get to the point where we wanted to find out but I’m quite impressed that we’ve managed to hold our nerve actually.
"I could not be more split down the middle. A lot of people think I’m having a boy. They keep saying it’s the way I’m carrying. But I don’t know. I just feel enormous all over."
Anna is planning to work all the way up until the baby’s birth but is hoping to take some time off once it has arrived.
She said: "I haven’t really put any sort of parameter on it if that’s the right word to use. I haven’t spent any time on it should I say. I’m just going to see how I feel and then go from there. However I might have a change of heart.
"I guess it’s just such an unknown, practice what I preach I have to literally go with the flow and see how the change is going to affect me but no I’m planning to keep working and dipping in and out not that long after the baby’s born."
