Adele is set to head to Hollywood for a film

Adele is set to star in a Hollywood movie alongside Kit Harington and Natalie Portman.
The ‘When We Were Young’ hitmaker will reportedly have a small role in ‘The Death and Life of John F Donovan’, directed by Xavier Dolan, who she enjoyed working with when he directed her music video for ‘Hello’.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Adele doesn’t want to be a full-time actress, but she enjoyed working with Dolan and he thought she could bring a lot to the screen."
The film revolves around a movie star whose correspondence with an 11-year old actor is exposed by a journalist at a magazine called The Gossip.
‘The Death and Life of John F Donovan’ will star Natalie Portman, ‘Game of Thrones’ Kit Harrington, Susan Sarandon, Kathy Bates and Jessica Chastain.
Kit will take the lead as John F Donovan, an actor famous for playing a Marvel-like superhero role, while Jessica will play an unscrupulous gossip columnist, Kathy will play Donovan’s manager and Susan as his mother.
It is yet to be confirmed what role Adele, 28, will play in the movie, but it has been reported that she will film the scene during a holiday from touring.
As well as branching out into acting, Adele recently revealed how she would like to pen a novel.
The mother-of-one told the crowd at her Chicago concert: "I’d like to write a book. I mean, I’m not very great at stuff like that but I’d like to learn and try to write a book. Fiction. I don’t know what about yet."
