Tina Malone is planning to be pregnant by January.
The 53-year-old actress – who already has Danielle, 35, and two-year-old daughter Flame – has decided she wants to have a baby early next year despite her husband Paul Chase worrying about the complications of giving birth so late in life.
She said: "I’m planning to be pregnant by January and I feel so excited and exhilarated about it, I can’t even tell you.
"Paul is worried about the health implications. He says: ‘You’re not putting your body under that trauma again, you had pre-eclampsia the last two times and that can kill.’
"And 80 per cent of my friends and family are saying: ‘No, you’d be insane.’ But I proved with all the surgery I had last year just how resilient I am."
The former ‘Shameless’ star – who has shed 12 stones in six years – had Flame through IVF treatment and she returned to the Crown IVF Centre in Cyprus, where medical staff told her she was in great health and could have another two children if she wanted.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We went to visit my surgeon and he couldn’t believe my body. He said I am so healthy it’s unbelievable.
"He said: ‘You could have another two.’ He almost had me down to theatre there and then! I’ve eradicated all those vicious things that come with being obese."
Tina hit the headlines two years ago when she gave birth to her second child Flame but the backlash she received hasn’t put her off and she’s desperate to add to her brood.
She had eight embryos frozen but only had 12 months to decide whether to try to fall pregnant.
Tina said: "You can freeze them for up to 10 years now but obviously you’re taking up room and space for other people who have IVF."
And she said the only she could persuade her husband – who she married in 2010 – to agree to have another child was by buying him a lavish car.
She joked: "My husband said if I buy him an Aston Martin I can have another one, I said I want triplets for that."
